- Raters' data is provided by their company or nominated by leaders.
- Survey responses are collected when evaluations are completed.

- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Leaders must accept Terms & Conditions before participation.

1.7 Data Retention & Deletion
- Personal data is stored for 6 months after evaluation completion.
- Evaluation responses are anonymized after 6 months for research purposes.
- Users can request data deletion by contacting us at support@nexion-consulting.com.
1.8 Who Has Access to Your Data?
- Only authorized company employees responsible for evaluations.
- Coaches only with explicit leader consent.
- We do not share personal data and evaluations with third parties.
1.9 Raters’ Privacy Rights
- Raters are informed via email about their nomination.
- Raters can opt out using the provided opt-out link.

- Access your data (Leaders can log in; raters can request access).
